To celebrate love and the indossoluble bond between Canelli and the most precious "bubbles" of the territory (in 1865, the first Italian sparkling wine was produced in Canelli), a special rack was installed in February 2019 where lovers can insert the typical sparkling wine "mushroom caps," personalizing it with their initials and/or names.
